In 1991, Mashburn and one employee transformed his backyard into a machine shop. With two machines and a commitment to top quality work, Don Mashburn Machine and Fabrication started to make its mark on the industry.

Relying on key people and good equipment, the company quickly earned its solid reputation and began to expand. Today, Don Mashburn Machine and fabrication has over 60 employees and operates three top-of-the-line, state-of-the-art, full machine and fabrication shops in Lafayette.
